🔁 Return Policy

  • Customers can request a return within 36 hours of parcel delivery.

  • Returns are only accepted in the case of:

    • Wrong product received

    • Damaged or defective item

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

📹 IMPORTANT – Opening Video Required

  • A parcel opening video is mandatory for any return request.

  • The video must start before opening the outer packaging and continue without any pause, cut, or edit until the product is fully shown.

  • This video acts as proof in case the courier delivers the wrong or tampered parcel.

  • Returns without an opening video will not be accepted under any condition.

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests can be made within 2 days of delivery.

  • You may exchange the product with any other item from our website (subject to availability).

  • The product should be in unused condition, with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

  • An opening video is also mandatory for all exchange requests to verify that the correct item was delivered and in proper condition.

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for valid return cases, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, and only if all return conditions are met.

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method for prepaid orders, or through bank transfer/UPI for Cash on Delivery orders.

  • No refunds will be provided without a proper unboxing video.

  • Please note: Any shipping charges or fees are non-refundable.

To protect our customers and ensure fairness, we require a full opening video as evidence for all return, exchange, and refund claims. This helps us verify and process your request quickly and accurately.
